tfreer85
Ouch... I love how the other guy just turns slowly and walks away. Tyson
dr_hunt
If that guy lived, i'd be suprised. In HS a buddy was ripping a 2x6 lengthwise and after finishing the rip cut, pulled the boards back towards him. The saw blade caught the wood and propelled the boards into his stomach, knocking him backwards a few feet. Ruptured his spleen, he almost died. It looks like it would have hurt. Guest zfan
I was thinking close to the same thing. Good Lord that had to hurt. Mike
TheNeedForZ
So what did the guy do wrong there? I only saw the guy close the breech and the gun fired as it closes?
2126
Hey, it's ARRRRRMY training. Safety first, you know! John, where do you find this stuff?
BrandonsZ
So what did the guy do wrong there? I only saw the guy close the breech and the gun fired as it closes? It looks like he got hit by the shell casing not the recoil, I bet he didn't latch the chamber before firing.
2126
An X-military buddy of mine told me they call this situation a "Slamfire". He said guys with experience always stand to the side because this situation does occur from time to time. Certainly the breach block hit this guy first as a casing exits just before full recoil travel. Ouch for sure. Doesn't appear to be american troops though.
