EZ-E
Found this at Nico.com, posted by another individual, but its so cool, this 510 with the DOHC OS Giken head, just screasm, when they are going down the road, and at the track its hard to believe its a 4 cylinder! Sounds incredible. Its a real good read and two good vids are linked to the page. Please enjoy!! http://www.datrats.com.au/OS%20GIKEN%20ENGINES.htm
preith
There was a pretty good thread on this a while back: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=100104&highlight=os+giken
EZ-E
Yes I do recall that thread, but this is to the site and has some vids of the head they had on the car running and its incredible how well it runs and sounds not to mention the 9k rpm redline!! Just sweet old school design from a brave awesome company.

Guest Battle Pope
That was awesome. That little 1.6 sounded like a race motor that's for sure.

mario_82_ZXT
10,000 RPMs from that engine sound soooo nice! Must be hella fun to drive. Mario
TheNeedForZ
Why can a DOHC head upgrade increase the engine's rpm potential? Just curious.
Guest Battle Pope
One cam doing all the valve timing isn't conducive to really high RPMs.
TheNeedForZ
It just sounds very vague.
JMortensen
Valve timing? Don't think that's it. Probably more because the 4 valve crossflow head can flow a heck of a lot more easily at high rpms than a 2 valve non-crossflow head.
