240sx throttle shaft shortening question

use the 280Z or ZX t-body shaft, and use a dremel or something like it to cut the inside slit on the shaft abit longer to fit the 240sx 60mm plate inside of it.

or best and prob easiest way to do it is use the Z or ZX shaft.. cut one side of shaft off so you can just fit the butterfly plate on the shaft and screw it in..

it will flow better when open and all you will need is some counter sunk screws.

I used a 60mm T/B from a 91 Sentra SR20. All you ned to do with that is remove the quadrant, and the outer spring, and bolt your stock linkage arm on.

It comes with the POT style TPS. I don't know what the fascination withthe other unit is, other than it accomodates the stock early TPS for people screwing around with the Stock ECU.

For a MS conversion, the Stanza body is EVERYWHERE and does not require rethreading, nor shortening. Look at my Cardomain Page, and you will see that throttle body. Plug n play, baby!
