violacleff
Well, second day driving the car after getting the turbo repaired. I popped the hood on the way back from work and noticed that the return hose was melted and dripping oil. I'm praying to God that the motor wasn't damaged or nothing. Oil pressure never dropped. I think these guys put something cheap on that wasn't heat resistant. Anyway, where could I get a strong material to use? What do you guys use? Cody 82 ZXT
So it doesn't have the metal pipe coming down out of the bottom of the turbo. All you should need is a small 2" piece of hose. What do you have.

dapiper
Call local hose distributor and get oil resistant hose, probably be 2-ply but not really required for low press in crankcase. Use 3/4" or largest possible and straight run to help drain back. Use heat shield (Design Engineering) over hose.
