they go through a complete teardown for rust repair through paint, and even show some other cool stuff

 

my favorite was on the last link on that page, there is a picture of a AFR gauge installed into the clock hole with weatherstripping... I happened to do that last week with my water temp gauge. Great minds think alike!

No, my Z is the rusties z ever restored. As we always said, you guys in the US are spoiled, even more you that are coming from TX, AZ, etc. You have no rust. Here in Canada, after 5 years you have rust on your car and after 10-15 years your car doesn't exist anymore !!!

I hear ya. I'm a to the west of you (alaska) and mine is on par with the 240z on that site, but mine is a 280z. About 5-10 years newer than a 240z, humitity and road salt reaks havoc on these cars. Its going to look like swiss cheese by the time that I can start replacing panels.
