Nismo280zEd Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 So those of you who have COMPLETLY removed the HVAC system what are you doing about all the holes in the firewall? I've got about 7 of them in varrying sizes.... also what about floor pan plugs... what are you guyz doing about those? Guest 280ZForce Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 u can use bolts and washers or the plastic/metal snap in plugs (kinda like what's in the interior)...that's what is done somewhat in mine. cuz my heater and a/c were completely removed inside and out. otherwise use some sheet metal and bolt it into the holes or tack weld some sheet metal in place I've still got some holes to plug but maybe this can help... I'll check again tomorrow... maybe i just "overlooked" it before... As my mother always said... "if it were a snake it woulda bit ya".
