ok so i was putting my driver side front strut assembly back into my car from changing the springs and bushings and as i tip it over to clear the fender this oil comes from where the strut cartridge is.

 

the thing is that i noticed that the strut was easier to push down then the passenger side struts...is my strut blown or is my gland nut not tight?

 

if its not blown and its weak and leaking because i didnt tighten the gland nut all the way can i recharge my struts with thicker oil? wat kind should i use?
