Racinjitter Posted July 23, 2006 Share Posted July 23, 2006 What is this, And where does this lone wire go? It looks like a ground wire but I dont want to fry the electronics inside of this part. The part number on it is HO561-15U25 and some other number on it is 3720. Could anyone tell me what it is? This part was tied to the ecu via the wire coming from it. fraz Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 its the security module. It has all the bits for remote locking and engine immobiliser. Its part of the car loom, not the engine loom so thats probably why you dont have any diagrams of it. The pinout is very similar to the s14a diagram. i think the plug is even the same! fraz Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 only if you want to run the r33 loom complete, i take it your doing a conversion, if so, you just need the engine loom and ecu.
