Challenger
Looks great. I love that gray 2+2. Ive been looking more and more and im thinking of selling my fg msa bumpers and getting some off a 260z once my cars on the road. Those look really good. Mike I like the hous.... er car. Car looks good. Ive always liked the 280zx 2+2s.
280Z Turbo
Unfortunately..yes... but that will change soon enough I have this kit on my 2+2: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOKICO-HP-SHOCKS-SPRINGS-NISSAN-260Z-280Z-75-78_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33590QQihZ006QQitemZ160158794214QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW Don't listen to what you hear about how it doesn't work for 2+2s. I've driven this car a couple different racetracks and it handles great and sits level. In hindsight, I should have bought Tokico Illuminas, but the HPs work fine. gokiburix
yah, i was planning to get a set of those. Actually, Justin (280ZForce) is going to sell those to me...he's changing his suspension setup, so I'll just get his. He lives like 5mins away from me. 280Z Turbo
This 2+2 haven sure is nice. We don't have those coupe elitists saying things like "No offense dude, but your 2+2 is the ugliest piece of crap I've ever seen in my entire life. I prefer the coupe model." gokiburix
^^^ AMEN TO THAT! Makes me wonder why there wasn't a 2+2 thread earlier
nbesheer
There was this 2+2 I saw on here a while back and I can't find it but it was silver, had white lettering on the tires and was located somewhere in S. America if I remember correctly, does anyone know where that thread is ?

fantagon
Hiya, Now I have done my research on the brake upgrades and all and was wondering if we have any difference when it comes to wheel offsets and backspacing for later 260Z's. Looking at 17's or 16's by 8 wide with 0 offset. Just a last check before I go spend the cash thats all. Also will that fit under guards with stock suspension. Thanks in Advance
Challenger
http://www.easy-pulse.com/pics/260z/ I love that car! Id also like to know on any suspension/tire size differences. Obviously spring rates because the 2+2 are "so much heavier". Not really, but enough to change the clutch and springs.
280Z Turbo
The spring rates on the 2+2 are the same in the back, but stiffer in the front, IIRC. The Tokico kit is probably less than ideal, but it works. http://atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/springs/index.html
garvice
Gokiburix, How do I get the colours to stay on for longer, or better yet, can I get a copy of each colour so that I can put them side by side? Is it easy to do various angles? Cheers
gokiburix
Garvice - what specific colors would you like to see? I just did a bunch of colors for fun. Also, what angles would you like to see?
