Gavin
Good to know. You sure the BOV of yours is working? Watching the vid of the after-tuning test drive, sounds like compressor surge where it should be blowing off a lot of the time.
TONY C
diito on the compressor surge. maybe the spring on the bov is too tight.?
proxlamus©
it's a DSM (Eclipse) BOV.. they have a stock setting of what... 10-14psi?! you need to CRUSH the top to allow more boost or it will leak.. unfortunatly the puppy is too tight now .. and you are having compressor surge.. but damn I love that noise

big-phil
I'm looking on e-bay right now for an adjustable bov (greddy?) Once I crushed the top of mine it was all over. If its too tight I can't go back now. I did it in baby steps, but I guess I got it a little to tight? Same thing with my fpr, (I just got an adjustable one), but I had to raise the fuel pressure so I started crushing the spring. everything was great, untill I went to the 440cc injectors, now it idles a bit to rich, because I have 42 lbs of fuel at idle.
