Ed260Z
Hey think so the headlights on eBay are no good because they heat up the glass thing and when water touches it breaks? What if you use headlight covers for them? They are just cheaply made junk. You get what you pay for.
EvilC
Ok, I have a set of HID's out of a Lexus RX300 jeep. Should I buy some H4's lights and just throw these HID's in. I pretty sure I will not get a great projection and no high beams......but will I blind everyone coming towards me? I will try to post pis tomorrow of what I have. e_racer1999
you will need HID projector lenses for it to be SAFE, albeit not legal. you can still use the HIDs, tho. try to find BMW/audi headlights and cut out the projector lens.

Ed260Z
HID are a VERY bright light, and need to be controlled with some type of projector assembly. Most states are now outlawing the installation of HID into cars that where not originally equipped with them from the factory. Mainly because they blind oncomming traffic if not properly installed, and to deter theft.
