onefast87
alright well im slightly confused about how to identify the gear ratio from an R200. i have a diff from an 84T with 3.54 gear ratio, only once dissasembled i noticed the ring gear has 39-11 stamped on it aswell as 39 teeth.does this mean its a 3.9 gear ratio? i really want a 3.54 diff. any info would be nice
naviathan
No, 39-11 is the ID of the 3.54. See this: http://datsunzgarage.com/engine/
stony
The formula is ring teeth divided by pinion teeth. 39/11= 3.
