Are You using exhaust tubing? And what is the make of your air filter? I like your design!

Yes, using 4" exhaust tubing. Air filter is from K&N.

I also did the 4" inlet pipe because of my turbo and MAF. I made the pipe in two pieces and used a silicone coupler to install them together.

The really cool thing is that after I get my intercooler pipes removed the intake is easy to remove.

I remove the aircleaner and 90 degree bend. Then the part that is cool is that I can remove the pipe to the turbo without removing anything from the car.

I get it past the A/C lines, the headlight washer bottle and it just fits in the car slick as snot LOL.

 

K&N makes the same filter you have, I got the K&N part and at the time was really glad it was available.

 

Now a good powder coat job will make it perfect, and you wont have to worry about any rust. I just love this stuff LOL

Nope front wheels doesnt hit it even w/ 275s on 17x9.5s in front, but I do have to trim some of my airdam.
