"Lakewood Bellhousings have been tested and meet or exceed S.F.I. Spec. 6.1, when used with approved block plate. Lakewood Bellhousings are designed to contain a clutch or flywheel explosion, bellhousings include the block plate and are marked with an S.F.I. Spec. 6.1 serial number " and have a certification label that some tracks require

I think thats a CHINESE COPY, I don,t see it advertised as MEETING the S.F.I. Spec 6.1 which MIGHT mean its not up to the strength, thickness or temper and heat treatment or same level of dimensional tollerance control, its obviously better than the stock aluminum but it might not be nearly as strong as the certified bell housing

You can get circle track small bellhousings that are pretty small, take a special small flywheel and multi-disc clutch. But if you are running a typical 7-1/2" deep oil pan, it will make no difference for ground clearance. I have that Sonic one you listed. I don't think it's a Chinese copy, it's actually smaller, a 153 tooth version that can only use the 10.5" diameter flywheel. It gives a bit more clearance below than the Lakewood one Grumpyvette talks about. But it's not SFI rated either.

Quartermaster makes the lowest profile bellhousings that I know of. Speedwaymotors.com sells them. I'm using a McLeod similar to the top one you posted, and it clears everything remarkably well in my 240Z.

I checked those Quartermaster bellhousings out, there crazy!!! Unfortunately I'm sure those will be out of my budget.:-(

I think you, grumpyvette, may have hit the nail on the head with those Lakewood bellhousings.

I need the bellhousing to hug the block like this.
