johnc
An old time race car builder (Dave Kent) used beer cans to determine the coping cut (he always had a good supply around the shop). Cut both ends off, cut down the length, wrap around a short end of bar tubing, position correctly, then cut and trim the can to get the correct cope. Ive done the same thing on occasion, but with COKE CANS that are all around the place as I have a soda machine in the shop you did notice the added software http://midmoracing.com/bendit.htm
JMortensen
Paper towel rolls work too. If you're using 1 5/8" OD tube, the paper towel rolls fit right on.
