zane9000
Is there anyway to convert O-Ring injectors to barb injectors? It seems to me that if you just smooth off the sides of the inlet you should be able to clamp a hose on there? I have kind of a unique set up that I am trying to make work and I don't really want a fuel rail, but the injectors I want to use are O-Ring. Any Suggestions? Xander
what you suggest is possible. I ran my 37 lbs injectors that way. I cut off the plastic of the back end of the injectors to expose the metal underneath. Then you can just slide a hose over the end. Use good hose clamps. In the end I did convert to a palnet fuelrail because one of the injectors started leaking between the plastic and metal inner tube.
mario_82_ZXT
Depends on the o-ring injector. Some people use them, and what they do is just slip the hose over where the o-ring normally goes. Depending on the injector, that might require cutting off some of the plastic around that area. Make sure you use good quality fuel injection clamps. Clifton
I have with DSM 450cc injectors. I trimmed a little of the base plastic off first to give the hose more room.
