TurkishSquirrel
Will the Kameari Oil Pump: www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PRC16/17-8032 work with stock oil pan and electronics?
OlderThanMe
Your LINK was bad so I fixed it. Why do you need that pump? Turbo? N/A? It should just be a straight bolt-in deal. It would have no effect on the electronics or oil pan. You can get a regular turbo oil pump at the parts store for $80 soo...
azcarbum
Yes.. it bolts right up and does not require any mods. KAMEARI say's It gives you a more precise pressure than the stock units. full pressure is ~85psi.

I'm just looking for better oil press than the stock, cause it's not getting much past half at high rpms.
Gollum
The stock oil pressure guage is grossly inacurrate, and if it's reading lower than it has been then you might have some issues you need to figure out. If it's been reading low as long as you remember then the guage is probably just reading off. The OEM pumps are decent units, though I'm sure the Kameari units are better.
