JSM
:lol::lol::lol: Brand new in the box, I got to cut it open for the first time! $300 dollars off of craiglist here in Orlando, just picked it up! I feel like a kid in a candy store! Now I have to find a tank, any recommendations? Do I have to use a specifc Argon/CO2 tank or can it be others? Evan Purple240zt
Does it have the regulator? I think the weld-pak units are wire feed, you have to grab the regulators separately. That said, you got a DEAL!!!! Have fun with that badboy. Evan

essdeezee
Keep the eyes open on the CL. Keep cash handy and your schedule flexible! I just picked up my first welder, a 4 year old Hobart 170(175? Need to get home and look) MIG in great shape ready to weld for $200. The tank was ~3/4 full and the guy let me have his extra welding supplies (full 11lb roll of .030 radnor wire, 1lb .030 flux core, 1/2 roll .023 Radnor wire) . I had to drive an hour at 5:30 AM to get it, but I can't complain.
tec280zx
Man, I paid 599.00 on sale at Home Depot for the same welder. You really did steal that. I set mine up for mig awhile ago and am happy so far.
