scottyMIz Posted August 26, 2008 Share Posted August 26, 2008 just picked her up today, its an 83 my buddy bought it from an older lady that only drove it in the summer. He put the msa kit on it along with the wing and had it all repainted. After he repainted it he put it in the barn and accidently hooked the battery up backwards (couldn't see very well in the barn) well he fried the ecu and left it sit for over 3 years lettin the birds crap on it and dust collect(there was actually 2" of crap on the back window and part of a nest). I didn't get any pics of the bird crap dust covered car but here it is after i washed it . after putting the new ecu in it started right up, everything still works except for the alternator the reverse polarity killed it. So i just gotta get an alternator then she is set to go. I plan to put a turbo and the wheels from my 280z on it and prolly let my lady drive it.
