denny411
I`m exploring options on what posi to use. I`m leaning towards the r230 but I`m not sure exactly which years of Q45 to look for. I`ve also been looking for r200`s but I`m reluctant to order something that may not be posi when it comes in. I just don`t want to hassle with returning it if it`s the wrong thing. Are there any specific Questions to ask someone who may themself not know what to look for?
Guest Aaron
Denny, all the Q's from 90 to 96 had the R230. I believe all the 300zx's from those years also had it but with different ratios. I think the Q's ratio was 3.54.

Brad-ManQ45
According to my Consumer Review buyeres guides form '90 an d'91, all Q45's had Limited slip. I know that my '94 Q45a has it. If my basement weren't in such a mess from a broken water heate, I might have found my '93 and '95 volumes.

denny411
Does that mean even without traction control? If so that would be pretty cool because I`ve found a bunch of them for under 250,some as low as 150. They get about 100. for half shafts. Here`s the link http://www.car-part.com/works.htm click on buyer services.under parts search look for carrier.does 400. more or less, sound like a good deal for the diff w/ shafts?
