Challenger
Might want to clean the tps or make sure its in the right position, cant they go on backwards? Or it might even be your non egr intake manifold.... you better pull it off and ship it to me, Ill send you my n47 intake. :)
baby280
What is the difference between my stock intake and your n47 intake? Why would you give me your n47 intake for my stock intake?
Challenger
It was a joke, your intake is nicer since it doesnt have egr.
Canadianz
Hey if you would like more help, please give more information about the engine, electronic or carbed system you have on your car. Also include a list of mods and some background to avoid confusion. The more information we have the better answer we can try to give. S130Z
My car wouldnt rev past 2500 and back fire through the intake when I swapped intakes. My problem was a bad ground that left my injectors wide open and I hade a bad vacume leak. Check for both.
baby280
Thanks s130z. That sounds exactly like what my car is doing ill give it a shot and get back to you. If anyone else has any more ideas I would appreciate them! Thanks, baby
grumpyvette
Check your ignition timing at 3000rpm and at idle and the rate of ignition advance curve advance, either being off could cause the engine to limit its rpm potential drastically. Also check the fuel pressure, float levels and throttle is opening fully.
