Question on fuel rail lines

Hi Guys,

I'm sorry for the dumb question. I have a 1978 280Z fuel injected an I'm replacing all the rubber fuel lines on the fuel rail. One of the manuals says I should use high pressure fuel lines instead of standard and I’m not sure if this info is outdated or do I need some type of special lines. I would assume today’s lines are high pressure since most vehicles are fuel injected.

Thanks,

Rick

I bought some that was rated 50psi, and its being used from my pump to my damper, is this going to leak???

I guess ill have to get under there sometime and see what the ##s on it are

That's 30R7.

In one of the Z's I bought, the prev owner did the same thing - used 30R7 from the pump to the damper.

One day I turned the key and SPLASH - gas all over the floor. No fun, man. Replace it.
