icapture
Anyone know where I could purchase just the headlight buckets for a g nose for a 240zg?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Mg If by headlight buckets you mean headlight covers then you are gonna have to be patient. From what I've heard a pair comes on sale only every once and a while and the demand is high. So get ready to pay they price they are asking. G nose Z's are sick though. I would convert mine to G nose, but I'd rather just spend that money on a different car that I love. Im sure by the time Im 50 I'll have 50+ cars.

LowCarbZ
I'm taking a guess at saying he's looking for the "buckets" that are under the lights. Not covers. I'm unsure as on my G-nose it was a one piece front end that was fiberglassed onto the car.

I know some people have the one piece front end that I believe you say you have. I was looking for just the buckets that come as part of a 5 piece g nose kit Mg

If it's for a genuine 240ZG, and you can't get hold of the factory part, then there's really only one specialist that can be recommended: Marugen Shokai in Hokkaido, northern Japan. Here's the page on his website that details the 'Lamp Case' options: http://home.att.ne.jp/sky/FairladyZ/ZG/Lamp/Lamp1.htm

Stealth-Z
You will have to have a contact in Japan deal as an intermediary. I used to have a contact but they have since left Japan. http://page11.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/n59069707 These are thin made pieces that will require fitting. Count on it running over $350.00 by the time you are done with shipping, handling and what ever other fee's come about. You might want to check a service RHDJapan.com is now offering. https://www.bidjdm.com/home/about_us.php The best reproduction stuff is definitely from the link provided by HS30-H

They did the auto insurance work on the island for years relating to G-Noses, primarily because they had taken molds off original Nissan Parts and were making replacement bits cheaper than you could at the time buy them new from Nissan. I watched them lay up several buckets during my time loitering about their shop. Their rafters are full of cool stuff, amongst the bits up there are the original plugs in most cases! It only works if you have a OEM Nissan Nose, though. Otherwise "some massaging required for fitment"
