Administrators BRAAP Posted July 24, 2009 Administrators Share Posted July 24, 2009 (edited) Ladies and Germs, I was going to post this in the thread I originally found this info in, but for some reason, can’t find it any more. For giggles, I ordered a pair of these exhaust header flanges, not because I will be using them, (I will be using brand headers for my swap), but because I wanted to have them on hand and for a mere $22 ea. retail, I couldn’t pass it up. These are advertised as 3/8” thick steel flanges. They arrived today and after unboxing they seemed MUCH thicker than 3/8, and they are! I measured them at exactly .458”, only .042” from an actual 1/2”! These are stamped, not cut, all ledges are nice and smooth, contours are round, not jagged. Overall a very nice piece, especially for the price! Link to; Superior Chevrolet, LSx header flange Edited July 24, 2009 by BRAAP
ColtGT4g63
Looks like what I got when I made my turbo manifolds. 22$ is an awesome price!!!
Cable
Indeed. I would buy a few pairs myself if I wasn't dumping every cent I've got into my latest Z project.
LS2 V8 Miata
That's what I used to fab my headers, and the primary tubes (flange ports) are already 1-5/8" too!

Cable
Prices have jumped to $50+ each. Too bad they still aren't $22.
