just finished reading the entire thread.... you are a beast, and your car is a work of art. great stance, color scheme, triple weber setup... :hail: but i was a little confused on your weather strip setup... u said rx7 FC for the hatch and a volvo 740 wagon for the doors???? how did that work out??? :confused2

thank you kindly for the compliments :)

fits like a charm. look at where the cut is on the doors, if you cut father towards the engine bay on the bottom door sill you will have a bulge in the stripping.

As for the hatch, it fits awesomely with a small cut.

Dont cut here or your door will lose A LOT of rigidity.

I split some windshield washer line (they ran out of super small vac. lines) to cover up the burs in the door, 10 foot per door.

Just a thought, maybe you should throw something over the inside of the doors just in case in some freak accident the glass shatters you won't get blasted in the eye with glass particles.

I got the impression from the photos that they where plexiglass.

yep plexiglass, so shattering it would nearly be out of the question.

Yea I'm a retard, totally read past that part.

What was your camera mounted to? One time I strapped mine to my rear view mirror with zip ties and rubber bands and it turned out well. Did it once on a harness bar and it also come out good.

After reviewing how people have mounted their brake proportioning valves, I figured that i would make mine even cheaper and easier.

Items purchased:

two 1/4" bolts, 2 lock washers, two 1/4" nuts, set of four rubber washers cost - $2

40" of 3/8" std brake lines cost - $6

Total cost $8

Since I had an extra two SS brake lines from the MSA brake line kit, I used those for the conversion; that way i could use the 2 spare 10mm x 1 brake ends that would have been thrown away if i didn't.

To top it off I didn't have to make, or buy a mounting bracket.
