daredevil302
1982 Datsun 280ZX Turbo Motor, L28ET, Motor, Automatic Transmission, ECU ( Brain ) most engine Wiring $ 450 / B.O. Does this sound like a good price for this motor? the owner is unsure if it runs, and it has 150,000 miles on it. Or should i be able to do better then this? jacob80
Pretty decent price, but obviously see how stiff he is on the price. I just picked up my L28ET from an 82 for $375, and I can turn the motor by the pulley with my hands. Not even sure of the mileage on this one either! Soundmasterg
Thats a decent price.....I got one complete with the brain and wiring and oil cooler with lines, and turbo with downpipe for $400, and it was a running engine. I got it about a year ago..... Greg

junglist
For something with 150k on it and he doesn't know if it runs or not, I'd probably offer $200. I picked up a complete "running" L28ET w/ BW T5 for $250. It didn't come with the ECU or wiring but came with everything else.
Ineptitude01
I agree with junglist. I bought my car (82 Turbo) running for $300. It ran like crap, but the point is that the deals are out there.
