Zmanco
I just finished adding boost control and oil temp circuits and it was not fun - my fingers are too big for this kind of work. And I hope I never need to repair this board! If MSIII makes it easier to use the additional I/O, I may switch just for that reason. I still need to add a knock sensor. Nismo280zEd
No, just the SD card internal logging. You'd need some sort of external device for wi-fi. Particularly since I can't imagine typical ECU mounting spots having good reception. Sigh, a man can dream I guess. Maybe they might cover some wi-fi stuff in Digital Systems next semester
Hey_Allen
Sigh, a man can dream I guess. Maybe they might cover some wi-fi stuff in Digital Systems next semester I'd been kicking around linking my MSII to my car-pc for data logging as well as tunability. All it'd take to tune inside would be to map it's serial port remotely, or to remote desktop onto that computer from a remote machine. I wouldn't want to be doing any engine-running tuning from a relayed machine, just on the off chance of any latency or dropped connection issues, but then again, why would you have the engine running when you're not at the car in the first place? junglist
Sounds exciting, I may have to upgrade my MS2 to MSIII just for the SD datalogging. Don't want to drive around with a laptop hooked up and plugged into the cigarette lighter all the time.
