ZR8ED
Yup. Better than a 50hp "NOS" sticker on the back of the car! I was doing some bench racing with myself, and I've got the car up to about 450HP to the wheels! As soon as I get it on the dyno, and upgrade my injectors, and maybe a mandrel bent custom intake, do some more tuning, and only have about 5% drivetrain loss when I buy that reduced friction tranny oil, that reduces friction by up to 70% (it said so on the bottle at the store) The race was going really well, until I mentioned this guy I know who has a friend who's uncle has a Nova with 1200hp and runs 5's on the street!. Shoot..I lost the race. I now remove my tongue which was firmly in my cheek! It's almost spring guys!!! Bench racing season is about to end. Back to reality. Scott. Lazyeye
My Z is still down from stuff that failed during a shakedown run. Bench racing is all I got!
getoffmyinternet
Why waste money on your real car when you can get a turbo stage 4 kit in gran turismo for only 90,000 credits?? That's like one b-spec endurance race away!

mobythevan
Yes, spring is upon us. Thus bench racing ends and jack stand racing begins.

I think it's where the salt actually falls from the sky in chunks so that the car rusts even faster than normal. Also it's really cold, like way way below 68. blue72
All I know is that I suddenly got an extra hour of daylight to play with and the driveway isn't wet right now, so tonight I'm pulling the welder out of the garage to play "surgery". PanzerAce
Salt on an open wound right there. Well, for what it's worth, for a week or two in January I had to actually roll the windows up on my Z, it was just a tad bit cool out
mobythevan
ha ha, and we are expecting blizzard conditions this weekend. Spring time in Colorado. Last week at the horse expo in Denver I was out in a t-shirt on Thursday and it was snowing like crazy on Friday. Gotta love it.
