240hoke
Hey Guys, The club had a little dyno night last night and I was able to get a few baseline runs in with my vq240z before I start modifying things. My engine is pretty much bone stock so I was very pleased with the results, it is running right where a fresh stock vq should be Engine: 04 vq35de 03 OEM Electronics No A/C No PS 3" Exhaust Dyno: Mustang She put down 248hp and 235ft*lbs at the wheels. Also did a "1/4 mile" run on the dyno which was fun and put down a 12.7 take that with a grain of salt though,as there isnt much wheel slippage on the dyno. Ill try and scan in the dyno chart tonight. Edited April 6, 2010 by 240hoke

sq_creations
Do you plan on tuning it? I have been looking at uprev for one of my local customers. You could squeeze more out over her.
z-ya
Nice numbers Austin! I've seen stock 350Zs make between 230 and 240WHP, so your in the ballpark. If you need some direction for mods either NA or boosted, I know someone that has tuned many 350Zs using the Greddy e-manage system. He has gotten some pretty impressive numbers from a stock 350Z by just adding the e-manage and retuning.
MrKrispy1183
Once again, you manage to inspire me to get off my ass, work harder, and get the McKinney mounts/source a VQ. Kudos to those #s.
