RB26powered74zcar
I need to replace this baffle, anyone have an idea on where to get one? or what to use in place of one? from a 71 240z Sorry, can't offer info on finding a new one, but I can tell you that I have cleaned up ones worse than that one before and re used it. Get yourself a propane torch and cook all that crude to a crisp, then get you a flat scrapper and get between each screen are and scrape it till the cooked dust falls out. A air hose helps this quite a bit....

ciavola
I tried it anyway with the torch, it literally fell apart. it appears to be the same a metal window screen?
Tony D
most windowscreen these days is nylon. You can get stainless mesh from McMaster-Carr supply, it's a lifetime replacment if it's SS.

proxlamus©
the screens available at home depot are: fiberglass, vinyl coated nylon or aluminum. I would not recommend any of them for your application lol.
Oddmanout84
Soak it in carb cleaner for a day or two, then wash it out. Autozone sells gallon buckets of the stuff, with a nifty drop basket inside so you don't have to dig your parts out from the bottom of the can with your hands.
