caliper paint usually doesn't dry quite right till its been through a heat cycle so probably not the best paint to use!!

Motorsport already has a carbon overlay.. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/CFP/10-2064 Its not a valve cover but an overlay almost as good as the real thing... Ben

nope no rubbing haven't cut the original fenders it doesn't protrude much if at all the offset is quite good...

pwooaahhhh the zed is famous.. thats my dads zed we just lowered it on the weekend... 2.5 inch drop in front and 2 in the back and no rubbing at all havent cut/rolled /flared the front or rear fender and plenty of clearance tyre sizes are 225/50's all round on 7 inch front and 8 inch rears..
