  1. I have a new take off LS6 Cadillac CTSV pan with windage tray and pickup. Will not fit in a Z.
  2. has not set their status

  3. http://www.diamondracingwheels.com/ makes a 16 X 8 in that bolt pattern. You might also try http://www.centerlinewheels.com/. They don't list them, but they will make them up fo you
  4. The old style staked nuts should not be reused. The new style ZX locking nuts are P/N 43262-W1200 from your Nissan dealer. I just bought some from Courtesy Nissan for about $5.00 each.
  5. Techno Toy Tuning offers spacers/adapters at a fairly reasonable price. I have no experience with them. I just know they have them.
  6. That is the pert # for the correct nut. They cost me $4.78 each from Courtesy Nissan
  7. After the third try, I finally found someone at Courtesy (Steve) who knew what I was looking for. He said they are no longer in the parts book, but he can get them. Apparently you need to know the secret handshake. I don't recall the price, but I don't think they were very expensive. When I get them, I will let you know if they are the right ones. Jon, You should consider keeping your extra set. If you pull your stub axles occasionally to check or repack bearings the nuts should be repalced at some point. I think the FSM says to use new nuts every time.
  8. I need to get my hands on some of the 280ZX stub axle self locking nuts. I ordered some from Courtesy Nissan and they sent me the ones you have to stake to the axle. I called them and they told me this is all they have available. The part # for the staked nut is 43262-21000. It said this # supercedes 43262-21050. I need the part # for the self locking ones, or can someone tell me where I can buy them. I am not necessarily in love with stock Nissan parts. I only need something that will work as well. Thanks
  9. I got one from them in September. PN/11044-91MM1 for the 1mm thick and 11044-91MM2 for the 2mm thick gasket.
  10. HKS makes a head gasket comparable to the Cometic. I buy mine from Courtesy Nissan. I believe they will work up to a 90mm bore and come in 1mm and 2mm thickness.
  11. ARP has them in their sport compact section. M8 X 1.25 X 45 should work. They are stainless steel with nuts and washers. You should own a caliper anyway if you are working on your car.
  12. Are the ARP bolts long enough? I measured my old ones and they measured 1 1/16" (27mm) long and the ARP website say theirs are 1" (25mm) long.
  13. I am running a 4" X 12" Supertrapp on my 240Z with 6X1 headers and a 2.5" exhaust. I run 6 discs when I sneak to the track (pretty loud). At the track I have been experimenting with anywhere 8 discs to baffle only with 0 discs. The ability to tune these is what makes them so great. I have one on my big inch Harley, and was able to tune a great torque curve just by adjusting discs.
  14. I like the way the wires snap in. I have had trouble in the past with the push in wires working loose.
