  1. well if anyone is interested i have the complete strut, 5 lug, and front brakes i also have the complete rear suspension (sub frame and all) and 5 lug and brakes for the rear everything from a z31 except the steering rack, cross member, and diff. pm me if anyone is interested. thanks
  2. yeah i plan on doing a stock turbo rebuild and i have 440cc injectors i also have the 83 turbo dizzy but not the fuel pump. how much for the fuel pump? anyways now that you guys know that anyone wana chime in on what i should do either suspension wise or some other mechanical wise that i just overlooked? just trying to do some research before i dive head first into this and get stoped by all kinds of obsticles. Thanks

  4. i originally had an ignition question but it turned in a how to or what should i do thread on my 82 N/a motor i am converting to a t3/t4 turbo monster. read a little bit of this and tell me what you guys think i should do? http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=110358 thanks guys

  6. ok i have the stock exhaust manifold and i guess i will either buy a stock turbo oil pan or just tap the old used one i have. also my turbo is water and oil cooled which is another delima cus i dont know anything about the water cooled part (where does the water come from and where does is go on the turbo itself?) o yeah and i have a Starion intercooler. thanks again guys this is very helpful in my build
  7. here is a list that i have right now stock turbo rebuild t3/t4 440cc injectors pallnet fuel rail (or something equivelent) megasquirt II intercooler 60mm tb 3'' exhaust custom coilovers energy suspension bushings suspension tech. sway bars walboro 255lph and some sort of fuel pressure regulator any thing i might be missing or need advice on please let me know thank you

  10. i have a question and i can't seem to find out enough info on it or this subject of turboing a n/a s130. so i was wondering if i need a crank angle sensor along with a turbo dizzy to make the ignition work. i am going with megasquirt n' spark so i don't know the answer to that either. if anyone can point me in the right direction with this subject or even just the N/a going Turbo project in general i would greatly appreciate it. thank you

  12. i was just wondering if there was a dash like the older Z's (with the circle gauge pods and everything) that would fit the ZX's i searched and found nothing. anyways i am pretty sure it will not be a match made in heaven so if not is there anyway i can just get the circle tach and speedometer and keep the rest of the ZX dash the same. i have very little resources but am pretty good with my hands so please if you or anyone you know has done this please let me know. thanks

  14. i've heard the good and the bad about the T5's and i just don't know if it is worth buying a new tranny when i got a perfectly good N/A tranny sittin' around. so i guess the z32 thing still hasn't fallen through or has it?
  15. has anyone done the z32 tranny swap or what i am interested to see how that is going to turn out.
  16. thanks again guys i am just looking for 300 or a little more and was just a little worried about going through trannies and spending more money and a lot of trannies when i could just get on good one but 73turbo240z i love your car and your videos and your buddy from TX also says in a few other threads that the n/a transmissions are great so i guess that is what i will do for now. i guess the best way to learn is by experience so thanks
  17. ok good that is really what i needed to know was the limit i guess on the stock box thanks if there are any more inovations in what type of tranny to use w/out breaking $1000 or more then i am all ears guys thanks
  18. yeah that sounds pretty cool and i know a guy that imports alot of jdm stuff so that should work. i am just concerned about the fact that the l6 has a ton more torque than the baby sr20. so if anyone has any better ideas or agree please.........please let me know. thanks
  19. i have a L6 280zx turbo project i am just starting. i am hopeing for about 300 or more rwhp. so my delima is (i have searched and gotten mixed feelings) what tranny to use. USE 280zx t5, n/a tranny, or try and do some sort of expensive @$$ swap. please feel free to post your opinions and personal experiences. thanks guys and girls if they are on here.

  22. i assume that all L6 motors are the same (Z's and ZX's) if i am correct then i would love to adapt a Z32 Tranny to my 280zx just let me know how much and when i can get the adaptor and everything i need from the guy in Orlando. Thanks
