Im looking for a sleeve kit for my 280z, I thought I would see if anyone has one they aren't using before I order from TTT. The same goes for RCA's. Thanks much!

The car is not getting power to the inhibitor relay but I will double check and I am going to grab a voltage meter now.

I know the starter itself isn't the issue I had a friend of mine bring over a known good starter and the same problem.

Exactly, things like the radio and high beams work but beyond that nothing.

So after work yesterday I wend to start my 280z and I could here the solenoid click but the starter did absolute nothing. The battery was fine so I tried roll starting it and no go, then I shorted the solenoid with a screw driver and it cranked. I had to get the thing towed home. When I got it home I had noticed the low beams are not functioning either but the high beams and they were working this morning. I am not sure what can cause both issues to be honest, so I can use someone else's opinion. If it makes any difference the car was converted over from an automatic transmission a few years ago. Anything that might help me out would be awesome.

I sent them a message about a swap kit so add one more name to that list.

I mean the little bits that the blinker bulbs tie into, that plug into the wiring harness.

I am looking for a set of socket and plugs from the front turn signals of a 240z for my front end swap. I just need the the bits that plug into the harness. The name is eluding me at the moment.

It runs fine when it is warm but when it is cold that is another story. Crap really. Well look I guess that is what I get for buying stuff from the parts store.

Well scratch that replacing the injector seals didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas?

Yeah I think I will, I till probably help the vapor lock issue too.

Actually I think I found the issue, injector 6 was leaking this morning so that explains that I think. I will just replace the seals and hoses, maybe the fuel rail too as I hate it.

So I am having an issue where when I start my '78 280z up it will crank for awhile and it takes like 4-5 tries before it will start and unless I give it gas it will die and it will sputter and back fire when I do this. I am kind of scratching my head on this one and not sure where to go on this on. Not sure if it is related but my oil reeked of fuel when i changed it, which makes me think it could be the piston rings going out.

If I had the ability and the time to do that I totally would but I am pretty range restricted right now.

I am looking for a L28et for my Z as it is needing a rebuild of my l28e I figured why not just upgrade. So I am looking for a complete l28et with manual flywheel in the Portland area.

Thanks I will have to look into this more. I figured this would be my best bet but better safe than sorry.

So my 280z runs like a top and has just done two trips to Oregon and back from California but it has an issue it will start cold no problem but it absolutely hates starting warm. Like if I go and get gas when I go to start it back it will sputter or simply refuse to start all together. I am thinking the fuel rail is getting too hot and is vapor locking it but I am not too sure what to do to rectify this problem.

I am in need the of the wiring bits for the front blinkers on a 240z. By that I mean that I mean the bulb connectors and with the connectors and wires attached to them.

Minor update: The car is back on the road finally. Not looking the greatest as of yet but I think I am going to take advantage of the summer weather and spray the car in the coming month.
