  1. Been a while posting back to show the update, took a while to finish the car back when opened it during its glory

Made the VQ35 run, installed our Moonbeam Gnose version kit similar to what was installed on Chris Forsberg car last year SEMA and redid the interior, went a bit long way apart from normal interior pieces which carbonsignal made we made other rear ones and roof panel as well, from the molds all done in carbon fiber. Installed a custom roll bar, door panels, and dashboard done in FRP wrapped in leather and Alcantara and redid old Bride seats in similar material. Installed new CS design gauges will post pics later from closeup.

Wheels were done new worked with SevenK do design something similar to Equip and SSR mix of both in 16x10' and16x11"

  2. It's Moonbeam Spec JG kit made by Carbonsignal Automotive, company based in dubai www.carbonsignalauto.com

We made two Moonbeam designs one with gnose and one without this is nongnose one. Kit is offered in FRP and CF.

I will send you a message to see if we can join as vendors for this forum as have lots of S30 parts to offer. We are the same company didn fuguz interior last year and this year Gnose Moonbeam along with whole new 280z interior will debut in SEMA

  3. As far as I am concerned between having to sell all my 4 lug setup and convert to 5 and mostly the lack of customer concern/support, they lost my potential purchase. I am looking deep into the Volk TE37 V option. Been trying to dig up as much info on the TE37 model used on the FuguZ car with soooo much conflicting info on them. After calling Rays Wheels and talking with their sales staff (who didn't sound 100% sure) and said they would only sell what is available on their site and not a custom version, but still left me wondering what they are exactly. Today I called Greddy and asked the same question as what exactly the wheels are. I was told they are a custom derivative of the TE37 V model and the offset info was confidential and he wouldn't divulge. So I am assuming for non high profile social stars and scrubs like myself, the only TE37, 4 x 114.3, 17" wheel options come in (9" -10), (9.5" -15) and (10" -20).

    https://www.rayswheels.co.jp/products/wheel.php?lang=en&wheel=TE37V

No fuguz were not custom TE37 as there are no custom ones. Greddy did confirm when I was doing their interior the offsets as per rays website but I feel there might be some spacers

  4. Worked on your harness a good bit today. I will make a list of things that will need to be done on the car to get a complete install. The check engine light wire is there with the necessary power wire, all you need is a light from an auto store. Also, the "check" wire from the diagnostics port is labeled with the necessary power wire, which will allow the check engine light to blink the codes when connected. All you need for that is a momentary button to connect the two wires.

    Things that are done:

    1) removed all unnecessary wires (ABS, A/C, windshield wiper)

    2) labeled all under dash wires (diagnostics, check engine light, tach, ign on, temp sensor, fuel pump, start signal)

    3) separated knock sensor, backup light, and alternator connectors from lower harness

    Things yet to do:

    1) wire up 3 relays with fuses for power

    2) change temp sensor connector to work with the L24/26/28 sensor

    3) run a power wire for everything that connects to the battery lug on starter (hidden in harness)

    4) re wrap some of the untouched harness for looks

  5. Came across this on facebook today, one of the nicest I have seen so far. Very tasteful.

    Thanks came out great

carbon signal plans to release their 240z line after SEMA.

their prices are generally reasonable, at least for Z34 stuff, but the trick is that everything is pretty much group buy since they are in saudi arabia, (or abu dhabi, can´t recall which).

i personally want everything i´ve seen in the fuguZ build so far, at least as it relates to the interior.  so sign me up for the first GB.

We in Dubai UAE (www.carbonsignalauto.com) pics and details mainly on FB page Carbonsignal1

We have soft released it quoting prices case by case

Hmmmm I don't think the handles or the upper door panel is "Real" carbon. I've been laying this stuff for 14 years and I can tell you from experience that your not going to get a real carbon handle for that price. The manufacturing cost to produce a multi piece mold to create that handle would be stupid expensive ...  not to mention the time it would take to get it properly laid up.

Not knocking his product, his sh** is NOICE! I just don't believe its real carbon.

It is actually but without autoclave just normal vacuum

Ok guys been on this forum for past few years so some might know me, did similar interior for my Z as well minus some parts via my company Carbonsignal at that time were not that much into S30 and other cars but did few Zs and skylines, Greddy and Sung Kang liked the idea of what we do so they sent us whole interior to redo it in the beginning. When we got the parts they were shot and kind of beyond repair. We then made mold of each and every part and replicate in FRP/CF wrapped in Nappa leather and Alcantara.

We did the whole new dash using stock metal frame, door panels are two pieces needed more work but wanted to keep close to OEM finish, upper part is in Carbon lower was wrapped, door handles, center Vent pieces removed the fan controllers and customized three holes for gauges, redid the center console as well again deleted some parts but kept the ashtray. Major part was to do the seats as most of all replica seats available are very small these are wider  and can accommodate normal/taller people as well.

I need to check with admins if they will allow us as vendors we can start offering these and currently doing whole interior for a 280z as well along with lots of exterior parts which we have.

Some pictures more will post in a dedicated thread.
