  1. I actually am in the process of thinking through this swap or possibly my SR in a Z...I miss my ZX and want another one! I have a friend doing a 2J swap in his S2 and he is willing to trade my JDM GSR and turbo kit for his F22C drivetrain.Now im trying to decide if i would be happy with it or not...It wont be the fastest but I think it would be a quick, good handling, Reliable, fun to drive car...Of course on the other hand I could just put my SR in it and have fun, but then be left with an S14 shell. The F22's are potent motors but only on boost, there are plenty of them around Tampa with 450+hp on stock bottom ends of course turbo kits for these motors aren't cheap!

  5. Stick with the L28, they're cheap and make awesome power. Besides do you really want a 2 liter L6?

Im currently trying to figure out what I want to do exterior wise for my 82.Im at work so I cant do much on this computer but I will post pics when I get home.What are you guys running for suspension?Im in the process of trying to get either a Megasquirt or Mapecu so I can finally get it tuned for more boost. Speaking of what do you guys think of Mapecu any one tried it yet? Or should I just stick with Megasquirt? http://mapecu.com/map2.html

  12. I drove an SR with the unsprung six puck, it was a stock T25 with BPU's and that clutch would chirp 5th. I run the Sprung act in my 280 and will probably switch to unsprung.But honestly i dont think its bad for daily driving and I weigh 135lbs, so you know its not bad for a little skinny guy to get used to.
  13. Haha mine held 20psi from a Z31 turbo.Ran awesome, but couldn't handle 9psi from my T3/T04E
  14. Hey man, not sure how much they are gonna be.I finally got a fuel rail and injectors now all im looking for is a megasquirt.Then ill really be looking into that intake manifold.Hopefully when i get it back together it will last awhile.
  15. The runners are gasket matched.I was thinking that manifold, custom runners, and Q45 throttle body.And since he works with me it will cost me supplies and a little for his time.
  16. Its aluminum.I could go with a 90mm Q45 throttle body if i can figure out how to get it to work.Or should i just stick with the 240sx throttle body that i have?
  17. Since were on the intake manifold anyways.Our welder at the shop made this for an SR20DET I was gonna have him make one for an L28, What do you guys think?
