    Thanks, luckily I didnt use plastic paint... I went ahead and wetsanded them and painted them with a hammered black paint. Turned out great Ill get some pictures.

    So a friend of mine this winter got really anxious on a project on his Z and wasnt thinking and cut the main harness that travels from the left radiator opening across below the radiator and back into the engine bay. I nor my friend know to much about electrical and are not sure about how to fix it. There are 14 wires mostly ~16 gauge with a few larger. Any help for me and my friend...

    I could hardly tell thats a 2+2, looks good! Also anyone able to snap a picture of where the front seatbelts mount to the quarter interior panel. (silver scoop thing)? Im having some problems with fitting..

    While were on the subject of emblems how do you attach the hood emblem. IT has the two tabs but doesnt stay in tight, do you need some adhesive tape?

    Thanks, Im just glad to be making any progress period! Glad to be out of school. Also anyone know if you can get red turn signals (ones that mount in radiator opening) Im going for a black, grey, red theme and those orange lights stang out quite a bit...

    From looking at them they will dim it some but I dont think enough that a better headlight wouldnt fix it. They look incredibly dark without light but as you probably know arent that dark when you look at them in light.

    Anyone repainted their hood vents? What paint and how did it turn out? Do you need plastic primer or any of that sort? Thanks
