Fairlady Z glove box lid

On my 78 glove box lid, it seems that there are screw holes so you can flip it over and switch the little metal brace to the other side. Seems like you might be able to use it on a rhd car... -
I took a screenshot of an error message and put it as my background than gave it to a friend and asked him to fix it. He is VERY computer savy and was really having a hard time fixing it.

Id like to make something like this but purely out of sheet metal. Ive seen several pictures of things like this, I believe the pinks car had one, along with johnc's race car.. anyone have any pictures of these or something similar?

Part # A46-00 on side of injector, and like jeff said, they are brown.

I think the scotch pads are better for just paint and surface rust. A good way to remove bondo is the wire wheel. Some spots on my car had around 1/2 inch of bondo and Id just buzz through it pretty easily. Didnt take any of the metal off so It worked well.

Does everyone reccomend doing it yourself? Id like to pay someone to put in the glass but I dont want them to screw up... but who says i wont..

Heres a few pictures of it 99% complete. Still need to put on side carpet holder things that bolt to the rocker panel and make a few touch ups. came out alot better than I thought it would. Also makes the car look alot nicer. Its nice being able to sit on soft carpet... Also found some rear floor mats from my 260.
