LOl well its not on the Fender..he managed to jump OVER the fender onto the air vent cowling by the windshield wipers. As all of you know its REALLY thin metal that was caved in.

can i get a photo of that set up?? i need to figure out how im doing my throttle linkage

dude....in this ONE little discussion there was a customer with a crappy made wiring harness... it that evidance enough? do you honestly think hes the only one? I know so many people across the country..hes not the only one... I have held your kits in my hand and i was not impressed..friends have installed your kits and were not impressed. THATS ENOUGH for me to tell people how I feel...If you guys are making changes to improve your quality GREAT more power too you...you noticed it wasnt up to snuff and your making changes... cool thats it... i hope the best for Andrew, Carlos, and Chrissy.

I am not blasting your company just to blast tech2..that is a waste of time..im just informing my fellow Hybrid z members what I know so they can be well informed from someone who is not bias to promoting the company. AS far as promoting beta motorsports.... i do NOT work for them, i am just a customer that was pleased with their dealings. as far as Andrew and Chrissy give them my best, Andrew is a nice guy for sure and im sorry he isnt involved with tech2 more.

thats the problem... I know them all at 2jzswap, andrew, crissy,... they are nice, but i have heard of too many sour dealings with 2jzswap and their customers. Personally they have not been professional with me and i have given them many chances to redeem their shops reputation in my eyes. the kits they make are equal to ebay quality and service. No care for the customers they serve... only in it for the quick buck. For any 2jz swap questions i would deal with John (a fellow hybridz'r) with http://www.betamotorsports.com. He has wonderfully made parts for swapping 2jz's into your cars. I have his crossmember installed in my car and am very pleased with dealing with his company. The product is extremely well made and can handle 1000hp easy. Nice welds..fits perfectly.. looks factory..strong....clean... and makes the motor sit low everything lines up and literally turns your z car into a MID engine car.

im almost done!..intercooler in..clutch comes next week then the whole drivetrain drops in...as far as big buys..all i have left is the radiator and piping/exhaust to be done along with the drive shaft....then its off to the TUNER

the stock turbos/intake manifold i sold for 500 bucks! i was surprised i got that much..i have a power steering pump and ac condensor im not goinna use off the motor..what else you might need? i have a bunch z parts too..2 seats..and a 240z rear bumper

HAHAHHAHAHAHA I thought that was a funny kinda end to the article! ANd no im not going 6speed.. i hadnt bought the tranny at that point and i wanted a 6speed..but when it came time to buy a transmition i could only afford the 5speed. For the rear end im using a 3.36 r200 and LSD it or weld it.

I love it..its really well made..the welds on it are flawless and it fit in my car like a glove...had to trim the tension rod covers a bit (which john saide i would have to) and it slid right in and the motor sits really low and far back....i can fit my 1000ho 2j into it no problem with a 76mm turbo and a HUGE intake manifold.

Do you think i can fit a 30inch intercooler????????????????????????? do i have the room????

Dude..all those problems are because the mounts are wayyy too high...you should go to betamotorsports.com and talk to john (hes a hybrid z guy too) hes cross memeber eliminates allllll that..i just put on in my car last week and im very happy with his product.

GO to betamotorsports.com and talk to john... he has a wonderful crossmemeber he hand makes for s30s to fit in 2jz/1jz motors. I just got mine and installed it SOOOOOO worth the 200bucks.

on page 4 you can see how the motor sits now! almost done building it!

PLUS it comes with a built in lightweight flywheel which saves me 600bucks!

the only clutches that can hold over 700hp that are singles are 3500lb pressure plates, which makes the pedel pressure unbelivably, pain fully hard. I hvae driven our twin disk supra and its not has bad simply because the pressure is better.

LOL yea the rear end is goinna be last..simply because i have some magazines that want my car done asap...and its probably going to be in a few shows before i have the time to tune the motor perfectly. so im prob goinna have to "putt putt" the car to a few places

ya that marin crawlers page looks to be my best bet for parts.
