It wouldnt be too hard ....just use a fiberglass whaletail as a mold... The center console would probably be very tricky. It has been done on modern cars and really improves the look.

Hey, Ive searched through the forum and i was wondering if there has ever been a production of a carbon fiber whale tail? How about a carbon fiber interior center console? Seems like it would run a good production line.

no you just have to save them and upload to a photobucket account or something like that so you can't trace it.
Yeh, either waste a bunch of time getting a photobucket account or go to www.tinypic.com and upload it instantly off your computer...

honestly guys, The mirrors look great but are not functional at all. They vibrate all the time and blur the reflection to the point where its just a mess of colors.
Hm. Does it shake because the car is shaking?(stiff suspension, rough road) Or does it just shake from having too much play? Maybe its the rubber connecter/ Allows for too much vibrating. How do you roll down your windows with it?

really shaggy? you mean shady? But same here. im looking for a carpet kit similar to his. I was gonna go the msa route. geting a sectional kit.Jackhammer where did you get your carpet. All the samples Ive gotten from carpet kit sellers are really shaggy and Im looking for something like yours. Car looks great. -

So in the end what is the difference between a higher offset and a lower offset for a rim? Is one more appealing? Does one perform better? I am looking at 17 x 9.5 rims for the front and back. They offer them in low offset and a higher offset.

Its not my car but the mirrors are MSA Flush Mounter mirrors. Im installing a set on my 260z. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/FMMWhat mirrors are those BurnoutZ?It is a very nice angle. I hope to take a picture similar to that when i get my car finished.

well im not giving up that easy. i do admit i don't have much time (a little over a week actually) and financially the car is draining me. Ive already ordered most of the suspension parts i f'd up thou. The left fender where the tire hit is the worst, and the rear has a dent as well. Believe it or not my front was not touched. when the car was on the front rotor the front was about 1/2inch of the floor. scary ♥♥♥♥. The oil pan was also luckily untouched.
oh yea to top it off i got a ticket today for an illegal u turn.
i guess this just isnt my MONTH.....
That had to be a scary experience. Going 75 mph and suddenly the wheel flys off and you lose control of the car... I dont know what i wouldve done if it was me.

Kind of off subject but, there is a guy close by my house that has three 81 zxt's the bodys arent in very good shape but the engines look good. He claims 2 280zx's can be built from these 3 as far as the body goes. He was trying to sell all three for 1,000$. For those looking for turbo parts this is a cush deal. the only reason i didnt buy them is i dont want three junks sitting in the yard.

Getting a CF Whaletail would be amazing. Im supprised the interest of CF spoilers isnt higher... disappointing.
