  1. Those are some very nice pictures, man...nice work. I like the last one. Chris
  2. Man, that'll just make some people build their cars stronger so they'll out run these cops. But a smart person wouldn't even try to out run a cop...I don't believe you can ever out run a cop here (U.S.). Only in Japan have I seen in done successfully. But like Mikelly said, they should've gotten heilcopers...you can never out run them. Hey, you can still dream about out running a cop, right? 0-100 in 13seconds...come on...some of you guys can beat that! Chris
  3. You lucky lucky man. I envy you. Those are very nice rims. Chris
  4. No joke...I just heard it too. You guys keep your eyes open. Be safe out there. Chris
  5. It sounds like a deal to me. I got mine Swain Tech Coated and it cost me about $120. Chris
  6. bastaad525, man...I was having the same problem with timing (I still don't know how to set the damn thing). Well, the car runs fine now. I resetted the ECU...but the Hyanes is crap when trying to figure out timing. I have no timing marks that I can see on the crank, just hash marks...no numbers. But from what I hear the ECU controls the timing, what doesn't make sense is what if the timing is off...how do you get to the CAS while the car is running? Just thought I'd add that...I've never had this sort of problem when it comes to timing. Chris
  7. That's right my bad...5 is the hotter plugs and 7 is the colder plugs. Sorry... Chris
  8. I like them and they've done very well with my car. I own an '81 280ZX turbo. By the way, where did you get the "hot" (7) plug from? Just curious...when I order from summit or alamomotorsports they send me the "standard" (6). I guess I have to ask for them. Running a "hot" plug is good for high boost. Chris
  9. Hi there...is there a way I can put back my chrome windshield molding without it flying off again. It's lost somewhere between Richmond And Petersburg, VA. I have a new one and tried to put it on, but doesn't look like it'll hold another trip like that again. I'm sure if I hits the speeds I was traveling it'll surely fly off again. The molding fit perfectly, but I'm not confident it'll hold again. It's too easy to come off, just lifting it with my picky finger. Thanks in advance for any suggestion. Chris
  10. Ha ha...that was good, but yeah, I do feel kinda sorry for the guy. Maybe he should try a big parking lot for practice before riding...very big parking lot. Chris
  11. Whoa...you have one for the rear. I own a '81 280ZX. You have a Cusco rear strut tower bar? How much, Adam? Thanks. Chris
  12. I'm in the same boat...hope everything is okay with him.
  13. Thanks Yasin...I have Hypercoil 200# front and was wondering about either going 225 or 250# rear. How's the ride, is it really harsh for street or sporty? That will kinda give me an idea what to go with. I heard the stock springs are 112# front and rear...anything is better than that. I'm looking for somewhere in between the harshness and sport. Yeah, the Hachis are underpowered, but they are hella of nice car to do whatever you what with. IMO they're easy to work on. I had a friend with a Hachi Roku in Okinawa, Japan. Chris
  14. That was pretty good, but same as "240zduz10s" I would probably get a beat down for saying that. But I will keep that saying in mind...it might slip out one day if I get pulled over for speeding. Chris
  15. Wow, very nice...I like. I also like your Hachi Roku, very sweet. Your coil-overs are you using Hyper coil springs? How are they? Time to turn up the boost. Chris
  16. Macco isn't all tht great...we had to do a lot of their fu...mess ups. They just don't do great work...half fast. IMO
  17. I agree with cbrunberg give the women the guns too. Only freeze the paintballs and let them have fun.
  18. Ha ha...that's what these forums are for...everyone put their heads together and figure something out. Does sound like a good plan!
  19. From what it sounds like you won't have much of a clearance. I have mine in about the same place as you, but mine is off to the side. If you click on my web page you'll see how mine is placed. It took me awhile before I found a perfect place for my BOV. Good luck with yours.
  20. Ha ha...me too...I get the typical Honda or Neon that some kid just bought. I guess they put an intake and exhaust and expect the world to bow down to them. I look at them, laugh a little, and drive on. No sense in wasting your gas on a race that's already won, right? But....look out for the sleepers, there're out. Chris
  21. Nice kill, man. The car sure has come a long way. Keep it up. Chris
  22. Holy........ Someone got creative. Too much for me.
  23. Hey that was pretty fun. I had my DSM all hooked up. Too bad there wasn't any Z cars in there. The drag racing part was pretty neat. Good find. Chris
  24. I would be interested. I own an '81 280ZX-T coupe...black interior. Chris
