  1. yeah... i was hopping you wouldn't tell me that. OH well another 400 bucks invested i guess. But the car runs mint until it hits about 3,5 or 4, then the timing goes all wrong and if you let your foot off just a little from full... then it goes past 5? does that make any sense? Ed

Also... i have the MSA "big bore" throttle body... which since i have gotten have had nothing but problems. . almost thinking about putting the stock back on.. but anyways. when the pedal is on the floor in the car... in the engine the butter fly only opens about 3/4 of the way. Could this be causing maybe the TPS switch to not be making full contact on it's points? Let me know what you think guys. Ed
  3. ok maybe it's just me... but i have a 78 280 and my locks are fine... there is an adjustment piece inside the door that you have to play w/ to get them to lock just right. Hope this helps you guys. Ed

I'm selling my car.. and over the past two weeks it has developed a problem. my car goes strong to 3,500-4k rpm but then has no power and won't rev any higher? but when not in gear reves fine to 6,5. any thoughts? has new TPS sensor, new water temp sensor, new head unit sensor. i'm thinking it might have something to do w/ air to fuel ratio? any ideas guys? i need to have her running mint by friday. thanx

I have a 78 280z i've upgraded cam, intake (Cold air intake), along w/ the MSA big bore throttle body. also headers and exhaust, bosch wires and plugs. from that i easily kick the back end out. and i still have lots more upgrades to go . i'll give a tip. the secret to getn performace from your car is tunning the airflow meter. have fun
