  1. Why the modifications to the clevis if its a stock replacement?
  2. Been searching through all these pages. So please don't flame me to harshly. Just wondering what you did about the front accessories? I just purchased a 4.8 lr4 and only wanting to use the waterpump and alternator. Going to be ordering the cxr ls-swap kit minus the cat back (just like you)...in the next couple weeks. And just wanted to have the front accessories in order. Thanks and you trulytruly a on others on hybridz have been a great inspiration to not give up on my Z.
  3. The amount for the door cards have already been met this month so as long as you purchase by the end of the month you'll be in on the group buy the bumper deletes are a totally different story. 10 still needed to be purchased by the end of the month to meet the Group buy amount.
  4. By the looks of it on the website looks like only one more pair door cards need to be purchased in order for the group buy to be fulfilled
  5. Thanks I will be ordering those hoses and that radiator. Slowly but surely, dagnabit. I will someday finish this Z.
  6. I'll definitely join this group by and prolly get a couple of other guys to join if they for sure fit a 240z.
  7. I just checked out his site great products I'm interested in both but I know for sure the door cards won't fit a 1972 240 Z. But does anybody know if the bumper delete don't fit a 240z with a type 1 air dam the same type of air dam pictured on his website with the bumper delete?
  8. Did you purchase the cx racing kit without the exhaust kit? Just mounts, long tube headers and y-pipe.exhaust looks awesome. So awe inspiring...YOU DA MAN.
  9. 1.What size are the speaker provisions? Ex. 5.25/6.5 ? 2.I'm also curious are the carbon fiber panels carbon overlay or actual carbon fiber. I've only seen pics of the carbon over layed panels. Any way you can post pics of the carbon panels you have available
  10. Congratufreakinlations. So whats your closing statements, in regards to the CX mounting kit including headers and exhaust?
  11. Beautiful build trackzpeed.... Greatly influential to those of us attempting to follow in your footsteps. I plan to use the same CX Racing products, looks like so far so good regarding the quality of parts. My question is in regards to your fuel cell. I noticed 2 outputs from the sump and a vent on the top. Will you be running a return line? Also will you be running a surge tank of some sort?
  12. Holy Z mounts Hoke. That is gorgeous, my project is currently sitting pretty. And now I know why. I will definitely be waiting for this. What is your production run plans. Will this be a one time thing or build to order? Great job.hmmmm how's the steering shaft clearance?
  13. Also what transmission are you planning to run. I've heard nothing but great things about Datsun Spirit and his commitment to excellence. Truly very compelling. Great build.
  14. I noticed that you say that this build is around final cost $12k. If you don't mind me asking what is all included in this final cost. Internals, machining, shipping etc. .I'm new to this as well (have my 72 240z shell was a wedding gift since july 2013,slowly but surely) previously wanting to go the sr20det route. I was now given a N42 block. And now thinking I should go from there. And honestly I sooooooo feel you on that Ferrari sound.
  15. I'm sure hoping it isn't Mr Rayven14 producing the cores for zstore. Cuz that guarantees no more will be ran for the likes of us common folk. Just sayin
  16. So is Mr Rayven14 still have these available. Or ever planning to do another run.guess I'll try pm'ing the gentlemen.
  17. Would these same modifications work for a Z with a sr20det running a separate surge tank. If so what other modifications would be needed to the original tank. Yes I realize this threads years old, but any info would be of great help.thanks in advance hybridz fam.
  18. Did either jackhammer or rovdriver dash have cracks prior to upholstery. Or were they mint condition dashes.
