  1. I'm about to put mine on the market: http://fisheyepix.smugmug.com/Sports/My-Datsun-S30/17213588_pCpnKc#1306001045_Jh4gC76 832-876-7685 text me an offer. I'm in Houston. New Bushings, New Exhaust, New Stance Coilovers, New wheels, and Tires. Stock L24 Headlight Covers and Victory Wing
  2. Let me see if I can get under it, but with my size tire I HAD to roll the fender, and I'm slightly stretched.
  3. Zhunter, no I meant since you already have the rear two wheels. I was thinking, remove the rear driver side, remove your front pasenger side, put rear tire on front, and level car on the other side with your jack. Just to see how 17x9.x fit on the front if you're rocking overfenders and these wheels. I'd wait until the day you drop it. I'm guessing it'll look like my fitment but with overfenders, and maybe more tuck.
  4. Hey Z hunter, look'n good! Do you plan to drop it? If you do, throw one of the 9.75" on the front just to see what it looks like.
  5. If you're refering to my pix, not at all. I've got a new exhaust if they need additional rear pix. Shoot me a note at Alex@DailyDrifter.com if you need any additional info.
  6. I wasn't sure about the wheel either, but once I mounted them, the car looked pretty tuff. Granted, a dropped Z probably looks tuff with any wheel. Oh and yea, I agree I don't know what the silver version will look like on our cars. I opted for black in the event the wheel was not flattering for our body style, it would at least hide the wheel a bit. So far I'm loving them, not to mention the stance and wheel combo breaks necks every time I drive it, even the old guys. lol
  7. Couple of pix before I installed the new exhaust:
  8. Anyone else running 527's? If so, post pix. I'd like to see what other cars look like with this wheel.
  9. Thanks! When I get a chance I'll do a proper shoot. I'm getting the exhaust done right now. So I'll post pix of that when I get it back.
  10. Hi guys, I'm sorry I'm a pic h0r3, I know... I shoot on the side and the Z is always fun to shoot.
  11. Thanks guys, and yes the car feels "normal", for a lowered car, in contrast to when it was delivered.
  12. Thanks Wheeler, I don't know how a larger tire would fit without rubbing, on these wheels? I had to roll the lip because it almost cut the tire. Maybe with the lip rolled I could fit a little wider but it would probably continously graze the fender. I'm not too worried about the 205's. I'm running the l24 with a 4 speed, I'm barely hitting the speed limit. Once I get more power I'll throw on some wider wheels with flares. Yea I didn't think the stretch was very aggresive either, so it seems to work for now.
  13. Thanks guys for the compliments! Yea you can't beat that price. 450 shipped is amazing. My last wheels ran me $2200 used for my s13, so this is a great upgrade for the price. The spoiler is called MSA Victory Spoiler: (it was a factory option from what I understand) http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/CTGY/7RSW
  14. Thanks guys, I think the setup came out nice and you can't beat the price. I think I'll wait till next year for baller wheels, I don't feel like cutting up my rear fenders just yet.
  15. LOL yea it's me. I didn't know you were on this board. I haven't posted them on FB yet, waiting to get some nice shots this weekend. Lorenzo- Front fender 23 1/2" and Rear 23 1/8"
  16. Don't know but I'll measure it tonight.
  17. XXR 527 16x8.25 0 offset. No spacers tire size 205/50/16 I had to roll the lip because the tire rubbed the rear fender. No rubbing after lip was rolled. I run coilovers. A few more pix on the XXR 527 thread
  18. XXR 527 16x8.25 0 offset. No spacers tire size 205/50/16 I had to roll the lip because the tire rubbed the rear fender. No rubbing after lip was rolled. I run coilovers.
  19. Ok I got tires mounted, doesn't look bad. I got 3 compliments at the tire shop from customers, 2 at whataburger, and 1 rev from a 350z driver at the gas stations (I'm gonna take that as a positive response?). That was all on my way home from the tire shop. lol I'll post some pix in a few minutes.
  20. Is your question, why did I need to replace the wheels? or What was needed to mount these wheels? If Why, I wanted a better set. If What, they bolt right up, but you do need tuner lug nuts. Now I may throw on some extended studs and throw a small spacer for a "flusher" look. I'm hoping to mount some tires today, but I'm not sure what size. I'll have to work with the tire shop for my fitment.
  21. Here's a sneak-peek, all the tire places are closed today and I had a wedding to go yesterday afternoon. If I get out of work on time on monday, I'll mount some tires.
