  2. I'm pretty sure that the z31's are not interchangeable with the s130. Similar but not the same. Thanks tho.
  3. Lolz ^ Hella funny, cuz when I was getting my alarm put in, the guy asked me, you have power locks?.... I think so? An hour later he calls me, yeah, you have power lock hahaha Tiny little update, got a new/used passenger side fender, strupped it down to metal and primered it until I get a chance to work on it some more. Whoever worked on it last covered pretty much the whole thing in finishing putty. It has a bunch of wrinkles in it so I'll probably do the same lol.

  5. Im getting my front struts sectioned soon on my s130 and I like to know what is available as far as strut cartridges, I know tokico hp and illuminas are available as well as bilsteins. But I've read up that people used tokico prodra-g cartridges which apparently are the best they offered, hence offered, those are discontinued. Is there any other brands that offer good performance and possible adjustability? I had my tokico hp's for less than two years and they're pretty much gone now. Also, just to be sure, we use aw11 mr2 front cartridges right? For some reason some I remember reading somewhere that you are supposed to use the rears? Thanks in advance.
  6. Hmm.. I'm not too certain which ones came with the audible box. I'm pretty sure the later 280zx's all came with them 81-83 I think. Let me know if you run across one.

  8. That would be cool, but I still need to get an actuator for my drivers side door fr my auto lock on my alarm to work. Maybe sometime in the future I'll do it, I'm alleys open to newer technology on older cars hence the push start, but I really gotta adress the bodywork first before it gets any worse.
  9. You have a Japanese shell? It's located in the spare tire compartment, mounted above/on the wheel arch. I'm not sure the US numbers would cross ove to the Japanese

  13. Still looking for an audible warning box for the s130, if anyone knows where I can get one or has any contacts in japan that I can get a hold of it would be much appreciated. I know it's an odd part to look for but any help would be great. Regards.

  18. Whatever happen to the kaminari wide body for the s130? Wasn't some one supposed to make repros of those? I sooo want them, arita speed is good and stuff but there really issnt much for flare or anything aside from zg flares an junk. So please! Some one! Make the kaminari wide body again!! Lol Really tho..... Like I totally would buy one.. Well just the fenders.
  19. Lmao that was awesome! Hahaha it's just I never even bothered thinking about any clutches until my who knows how old stock n/a clutch started slipping, turbo probably didn't help lol. I did some poking around and came to figure that (at least on the s130) that the 2+2 and turbos came with a larger flywheel and clutch combo while the n/a base (mine) got the smaller one. But what you say is that the 225mm an 240mm flywheels are interchangeable along with the clutch regardless of the transmission. I went with the 225mm with an exedy stage 1, which should be more than enough contrary to the opinions of some of my friends hahaha. It would make things soo much easier if the vendors just said 225mm flywheel or 240mm same as the clutch. But noooooooo they have to go, base model exc 2+2/turbo, turbo exc 2+2.. and so on and so on... It's confuzzling!!!! Thanks again Tony
  20. I know the difference in size between the 2+2/turbo vs base models but are the base model flywheels on the s130's the same as those on s30 280z's?
  21. Are the flywheels on 280z's and 280zx's the same? Same with the clutch on the non turbo non 2+2? I'm having a hard time trying to get a flywheel.. Regards.
