This was one of the concept designs by Yoshihiko Matsuo. He was the designer of the original 240Z. This creation was a dream come true for him.
Lots of work went into this project! It looks fantastic when you are up close to it.
Has anyone here used a dyno to tune their engines? I am trying to get a feel if it would be worth the time to pursue it as a business.
I now have a somewhat portable dyno in my garage collecting dust at the moment.
Now this is funny. My buddy still has these wheels sitting in his spare room. I did a google search on the wheels and this thread comes up in the top 10.
In an above post it was mentioned the magnesium centers may not be safe after all these years sitting around? Anyone have thoughts or opinions on this?
Would these basically be wall hangers?

I have a vented hood in my backyard. Free if you pick it up. It is missing a vent though.
I also have a new clutch disk and pressure plate if you are interested in that.
My location is South Sacramento.
PM sent with my phone number
I was in Manila a few months ago. Never bothered carrying a wallet. To much temptation for the two bit thieves to make a quick score.
As usual, let your guard down for a second and someone will take advantage of it there.
Here is what you do with your rusted out 240Z that still has a good drive train.

Moderators please move this to where ever you see fit. I no longer have any S30's so I would like to pass this information on to everyone. Anyone involved with the 280Z rear tail light buy knows their quality is good.
Jason from Klearz http://www.klearz.com/ sent me an email about production of the 240Z front turn signal lens.
I would say he is doing it because of both.
There are many threads where people talk about doing RHD conversions but never follow through. Joel has shown everyone it can be done and has illustrated the process.
Joel, keep up the good work!
My "Rich" running problems in the past was cured by replacing the Water Temperature Sensor. New from Nissan is about $24. Could be a bad connection there to.
Unfortunately the project has been parted out and scattered about.
The RB30 drive train is in the Los Angeles area. It will be going into a 240Z. He is upgrading from the RB26.
The body has been cut up. No one wanted a 2+2. The right hand drive parts are in Southern California being put to good use.

For not having much time I would say you are progressing pretty darn good! Everything looks great!
As for unemployed, I think this project will be a great addition to your resume.
I forgot about the Subaru rack. There are several options to make it work. One can start with this thread.

Looking good Joel!
Ditto with what Nick said. Nice to see it going to good use.
I am at an internet cafe in the middle of Mindanao, Philippines. Nick emailed me about your progress and I had to take a look!
