  1. Wow nice haul!! Can't wait to see the direction you go with all these new bits
  2. These hoodies look amazing! Sad I missed them, any plans for another batch?
  3. Gonna revive this thread! Austin, do you have any of these kits with a dual groove pulley and a 60-2 trigger wheel? Or any plans to make one?
  4. Just stumbled upon this thread! I'll be looking to upgrade my gauges in the next couple months, glad I found this!
  5. The Mr. Gasket fuel pressure gauge kit off amazon worked well for me on my triple weber conversion. My fuel in line runs from my filter to the firewall, along the firewall to the drivers side then to the rearmost carburetor first and I mounted the gauge with a little home made bracket that bolts up to where the throttle linkage bolts to the firewall.
  6. I'm not quite sure how the '71 gas tank differs from my '77 tank but I believe that tube goes to the charcoal canister on mine. In my case after removing the charcoal canister I've just run a hose to the bottom of the front valence just to expel those fumes.
  7. Dingo, what's the significance of the Q45 diff+axles and brakes? Are they a good drop in for a 280Z? That's not an LSD is it?
  8. I would keep the widebody!! It's a unique look that's gonna be hard to replicate if you ever change your mind
  9. Hey guys, I got my 1977 Datsun 280Z back in late September. It was in okay shape, definitely needed work but here in Ontario they're getting harder and harder to find. I'm pretty awful at taking pictures, so for the first few months of my ownership these are photos I really took. http://imgur.com/a/8k75J Since then I started doing some major work (Manifold gasket, Triple Weber convsersion) which I took some photos of that I'll eventually get into an imgur album for all you folks. Lately I've found a way of documenting my progress that works much better for me is short "vlog" style videos! You can catch those at my youtube channel Tiny Garage: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCd6bTr78YhcU0tyyIKzxiRA I'll update this thread when I post a video with a quick breakdown of what's in each video. Thanks for reading! KevvinG
  10. Great build!! I'm amazed at the condition you got that Z in! Quick question: Did you need to roll the rear fenders to get those 16x8's to fit without rubbing?
