    Oblithian:   No need to reply to the earlier message, I found a diagram and was able to figure it out.  Really simple.  The fans now come on immediately when I turn on the AC, or once the temp. hits 185 (if I'm not using the AC).   I've attached the diagram if anyone ever needs it.
