    dont trust EBAY kits they're crap my dad had a customer that bought one and asked my dad to put it on and my dad ended up having to make new piping and rewelding flanges and all kinds of stuff he basically had to make a new kit so dont trust it

    I have a L28 with 4 speed tranny for 750 and it comes with everything and the motor has 75k on it but price is negotiable and ill take trades and cash

    Exactly i dont see whats so special about that swap seriously what sense does it make to buy that motor for so much when you can get a KA DOHC at a junk yard or something

    I have no clue on the supercharger but i myself is in the process of putting a L24 in a 280z that has triple webers and is turbo'd and i think im gonna like it

    for that id rather do the KA you can make the same amount of power with the KA as the SR and my dad has proven it

    I would have to say a 2jz miata with like 900hp a 2jz 34 ford sedan and a 72 chevy suburban with a twin turbo BMW V10

    thats how my 240z looked like when i swap out suspensions between my old 240 and my 280 and now my 280 is so low i cantfit my finger in the rear gap. To me it looks pretty funny all high and stuff but thats probably not safe

    I've been in one of those competions before for ASME but on a smaller scale they have a thing for high school students that they do here in florida i made a solar powered car(a little one) and i got first place for being the fastest learned a lot and its pretty cool

    Well my uncle runs his celica with a 2rz tha makes over 1000hp and hit his record breaking run of 7.21 @ 192 so i want to go with what ever hes running just not as much power

    I'll give you a point of view from us teenagers being im 15 myself, we love hanging out with you guys even it seems like we dont sometimes we might not agree on things but by the end of the day we still love you guys so enjoy it. Oh and my first car is a turbo 280z that my dad helped me get and gave me advice and stuff like that

    Hey HBZ members i was wondering if anyone has ever done the swap into any Z yet but particularly a first gen Z. I was talking to my uncle Luis Corujo and he said its possible i just wanted to know if anyones done it??

    good luck with the build and a budget build isnt that hard im 15 and i bought my Z for 1800 and i have a turbo L24 with triple webers and so far all i need is paint a gas tank and misc hoses. The paint is getting done for free just trading out some work so yea there is such thing as a budget build for a 240z
