  1. If you need a good source for complete engines, call All Mustang Performance in Phoenix. For my S-10 I got a complete 26k mi. TBI 305 w/ trans and all the other parts for $1800. A buddy of mine just got a 2002 LS1 w/6sp, 8k mi. harness, steering column, gas tank, and a box of other parts for $3500. They sell alot on EBAY, so they know how to palletize and ship. I think they're at http://www.ampperformance.com, or do a search. Good bunch of guys.
  2. Briguy, Hey, I wasn't trashing your work or anyone elses. Not my style. I probably should have been a little more specific. It's hard to see in his pictures, but it looks like he's got one piece mounts. The JTR style with stacked spacers just doesn't look as clean to me. I haven't been through everyones pictures yet, and maybe there's others that are even better. I'm just trying to see what everyone else has used before I get started. No offense intended!
  3. mas280.... You said in an earlier reply that you made your mounts. Can you give some detail (or close up pics!) of how you did it. From what I see in your picture, they're really clean looking. I'd rather copy a good plan than some of the other junk I've seen. Thanks!
  4. Newbie here, first post. Have any of you used the LS1 Vette manifolds? They have a center dump just like the Sanderson headers. I'm wondering if there would be side to side clearance issues. I'm heading to Tulsa next week to pick up my 75Z for an LS1 conversion, and am gathering parts. I've seen Vete manifolds for $30 on EBAY, so it seems like they'd be a better cost option...
